Admin Fee

An admin fee has been included.

Booking Policy:

Balance of 70% of rental cost is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit: 

A security deposit of £1,000 (or €1200, which ever currency is relevant) is required at least 12 weeks prior to arrival date..
This deposit is fully refundable subject to any damage, and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.
